So ladies, where do you girls get all those stunning outfits that aren't AG made? I'm looking for some links for some affordable non AG doll clothes. Something I can just let my 3 year old go wild with. Anything you could provide would be mucho appreciated!

I make my own doll clothes with patterns from http://www.morrisseydolls.com , the original AG patterns (no longer in print), and mainstream patterns.
For pre-made doll clothes, one of the places to check is your local larger-sized (Michael's is an example) craft store. They sell 18" dolls and clothes for them, along with clothing for teddy bears (which may or may not fit--you may have to take a doll along). I haven't bought any of these clothes, but they are very, very affordable and easily replaced if ruined, so they seem perfect for girls.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I've bought from Bunny Bear, Dollies Dressmaker, and Terra Experience. They are all excellent seamstresses. I just recently received my first order from Terra Experience and the traditional Mayan outfits are truly amazing to see in person. The pictures do not do them justice at all. They are made by women in Guatemala who spend hours making these on a loom to sell to tourists so they can send their children to school.Originally posted by megaagfan1:

ETA: I personally would not let my girls play with anything handmade because they are too nice for everyday play IMO, however, I would let them play with a knock-off brand of clothing.

WOW!!!!!!! That's neat!
I will put in another vote for Morrissey patterns - they are very easy to use. Also, our local Hobby Lobby has some Springfield 18" doll clothes, and if you can use their 40% off coupons, they aren't too bad.
I have gotten some wonderful and absolutely adorable clothing from a seller on ebay whose name is Peppermintsticks. She is absolutely the best seller to deal with, and she always adds these cute little extras to go with the outfits you purchased. The best part is she has such wonderful prices! She sells her items as separates, which makes it easy to mix and match her stuff. You'll just love her stuff! She's such a doll!
